Virtual Assistance in the Beginning
Rockin’ Robin Virtual Assistance, LLC began in August 2009. Direct sales skin care representatives approached Robin about meeting their needs for marketing materials and team correspondence. Word about the quality of Robin’s beautiful work spread quickly. And in less than twelve months, she was servicing ten clients on a regular basis. Twelve months later, she was servicing a clientele of seventeen from all over the United States.
Virtual Assistance Then
Until the first of their four children arrived, Robin worked as an administrative assistant for an oil and gas company. Eight weeks following her hire date, she was promoted to oil and gas production reports manager. From there, she moved on to servicing customers as receptionist and new accounts manager for a bank.
Robin chose to quit the business scene to be a stay-at-home mom, her dream since grade school. She taught all of her children from kindergarten through 12th grade at home. As a homeschooling mom, Robin learned to be resourceful, flexible, and self-disciplined. Learning more about home organization, task/time management and furthering her education while teaching her children, was surprisingly fulfilling, rewarding, and fun. (But she has no desire to do all that again – EVER!)
Robin brings years of sales and marketing experience as a direct sales consultant. Her administrative skills and marketing experience allow her to build relationships with and help business professionals reach their business goals with online content creation and distribution (ie: blogging, social media posting, e-newsletters).
Virtual Assistance Now
Rockin’ Robin Virtual Assistance LLC continues to grow. Currently, Robin provides blog post and e-newsletter content and social media services to small business professionals in real estate for residential, commercial, ranch, and land sales, dental, online marketing, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and bed and breakfast industries. Not in one of those industries? No problem! Robin has an eagerness to help those in other industries with their online marketing, too. She is dedicated to providing superior support services to her clients. She works to build long-term collaborative relationships with each of her clients to help them build the businesses they desire. Blogging, social media posting, e-newsletters, WordPress maintenance, and other support services are provided virtually from her in-home office. The Real Rockin’ Robin
Robin was a 28-year resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming who now resides in Torrington, Wyoming. Cheyenne is the state capital of Wonderful Wyoming, and home to the world’s largest outdoor rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days ~ The Daddy of ‘em All! Torrington is located about 90 minutes north of Cheyenne. And it is the largest livestock auction operation and barn in Wyoming, ranking as the third to fifth largest livestock auction in the United States.
Her family – husband, Greg; daughters, Ashley, Heidi, and Haley; and Morkies, Boo and Lizzy (Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier mixes), and rescue kitties, Fallon and Mr. Thomas Kitty, are her why. She does what she does for them from the depths of her heart.
As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities and the beauty provided by area state parks such as Vedauwoo (pronounced vee’-duh-voo, believe it or not!), Snowy Range, Sugar Loaf Mountain, and nearby Estes Park, Colorado.
Robin is known as the Sweetheart VA, a social butterfly, and everyone’s inspirational cheerleader. Second only to the interaction and relationships she enjoys with her clients and fans, Robin appreciates owning a schedule that works best for spending time with family, friends, and clients!
